Stephanie Seawright is currently the President and CEO for Impact Consulting Services, LLC. The company was formally founded in 2009 when Stephanie was asked by several churches, non-profit organizations and individuals to assist them with some business start-up and grant writing services. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Operations Management from the University of Florida.
Since starting the company, she has written and received
numerous grants and prepared applications for the formation of 501c3 designations for different organizations. Stephanie has performed several board member development
and strategic planning sessions as well as development of operational and financial procedures as requested. She has served as an Adjunct Instructor for the Santa Fe College Center for Innovation and Economic Development where she instructed the Grant Writing 101 and Grant Writing 102 series.
Stephanie’s former professional positions included serving as Chief Operations Officer for the Central Florida Community Action Agency where she manages the overall performance of all agency programs; a Project Manager with the Community Redevelopment Agency where she oversaw the development, design and construction of the A. Quinn Jones Museum along with providing administrative management of four community advisory boards and the CRA Board, and she served as a Management Consultant with BCN Associates, Inc. where she was responsible for contract & facilities management, grant writing and administration and community planning.
Stephanie is and has been a member of various organizations such as the Gainesville Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, African American Accountability Alliance , Alachua County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners; the National Forum of Black Public Administrators; East Gainesville Relay for Life; and Leadership Gainesville Alumni to name a few. She also voluntarily served as Literacy Instructor and teaches a class on Credit Management and Budgeting for the Alachua County Library Partnership. She has received several awards and honors including being the recipient of the City of Gainesville’s Community Service Award.
Stephanie is a proud financial and active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® since 2017. She is currently the Vice-President of the Mu Upsilon Omega Chapter and has also served as Secretary and Chair of several committees. She is a member of the Twenty Pearls Foundation Incorporated where she is currently the Assistant Treasurer and has served as the Vice-President and Fundraising Chair. She also currently serves on the state Florida Connections Committee appointed by the South Atlantic Regional Director.
Stephanie is a member of PASSAGE Family Church under the leadership of Pastor George and Lady Michele Dix where she serves as the Ladies of PASSAGE Women’s Ministry Coordinator. She loves to read, travel and listen to great music.
